General Info
Pricing:
All prices are effective immediately. Prices are FOB Concord, Ontario, our facilities and are subject to change without notice. Prices published in our web site supersede all other. Applicable taxes and transit costs are extra and will be added to the invoice.
Terms:
Prepayment required with new accounts. Net 30 for approved accounts.
Visa and Master card accepted.
Self Promotion: EQP-25%
Blank Products: EQP-10%
Laser engraving:
All pricing include 1 location laser engraving.
Additional engraving location running charge is $0.48 net
Quantities:
Less than minimum orders are subject to a $30.00(G), absolute minimum is no less than half of the listed minimum. We reserve the right to ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered.
Shipping:
All shipments are FOB Concord, Ontario. We ship Purolator or UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Any other ground services will require your courier account number. If preferred method is not specified, we will ship best way to meet your deadline. Shipments going to the USA are subject to duties and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for delays, damages, lost parcels caused by the courier or customs after shipments leave our warehouse.
DROP shipments are free of charge.
SPLIT shipments are free of charge with minimum quantities to each location.
Production time:
Normal production time is 5 business days from order, art, and payment
approvals. 2 days and Next Day RUSH services are available at NO charge.
Rush orders apply to catalog quantities and for laser engraving only.
Rush orders must be approved by 12 pm for next day shipping.
Please call before placing a RUSH order as conditions may change.

Orders:
All orders must be in writing and preferably typed.
Faxed or emailed orders will be accepted (info@simplexpromo.com).
Verbal orders will not be accepted.
Proof:
A Paper Proof will be emailed prior to production. Production cannot begin without your proof approval. Proofs and revisions are free of charge.
Changes & Cancellations:
Any changes or modification to an order must be in writing. Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge if done before approval. Cancellations made after paper proof approval will incur a $25.00(G) fee.
Changes and cancellations made after production starts will be invoiced accordingly.
Claims:
Products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Goods damaged or lost after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the carrier. Any claim must be received within 10 days of the date of the invoice. Returns must be authorized by Simplex and provided with a return #.
Random samples:
Available FREE of charge for an allocated quantity.
A cost of EQP-25% will apply thereafter for chargeable samples.
SPEC samples:
Available FREE of charge for an allocated quantity. Laser engraved only.
A cost of $15 net per Spec file plus the cost of the products, EQP-25%, will
apply for chargeable Spec samples.
If charged, $15 will be credited towards orders resulting from spec samples.
Virtual Samples:
FREE of charge. Shipping cost for all samples is the responsibility of the distributor. Please provide your courier account number when ordering samples.
Trade Marks
All liability for the use of logos or trademarks lies solely with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples any items produced by us. All logos shown in this catalog are for display purposes only and are not meant to endorse the use of any product or service.
Artwork Information
Please reference your purchase orders when emailing your artwork. Black and white vector artwork is required. Files can be sent in corel (.cdr) or adobe (.ai, .eps, .pdf). Embedded raster images in these formats is not acceptable. Raster images include .bmp, .doc, .gif, .jpg, .psd, .tif and will not be accepted.
Other:
The color of the products shown may vary somewhat from the actual product color due to viewing method characteristics.
Products may vary slightly in design with production method.
Logos and names are used for illustration only. It is not our intention to misrepresent or to promote the various trademarks and company names.
