"SUPER RUSH" Next Business day production.

        1) Normal production is 5 business days.
        3) SUPER RUSH - Order will be ready for shipping Next Business day.

The following conditions apply and must be met in order to qualify for the "Super Rush" production:
 

• Purchase orders must be received before 10:00 am (EST). Orders received later will be considered as received the next business day.
• Artwork must be received before 10:00 am (EST) and emailed to Rush@simplexpromo.com .Orders received later will be considered as received the next business day.
• All artwork, PO and other communications  must indicate clearly RUSH service in addition to contact name, PO number, and telephone number.
• Proof / order confirmation must be approved and returned via fax within 2 hrs.
•  Payment information, when requested, must be included with the returned approval.
• Order apply to catalog / website quantities only.
• Simplex is NOT responsible for any delays caused by the courier / shipping company. Transit time and other courier matters are the responsibility of the distributor.
• Order will be shipped via Canpar or UPS and ground only.
• Please provide UPS account number for air or other shipment modes.
