Pricing:

- All prices are effective immediately.
- Prices are FOB Mississauga, Ontario, our facilities.
 -Due to currency and material flunctuations prices are subject to change without notice. Prices published in this web site will supersede any other publications.
-Applicable taxes and transit costs are extra and will be added to the invoice.

-Terms are Net 30 days with approved accounts. Prepayment required for all other orders and could be made by Visa or Master Card.

Quantities:

- Less than minimum orders are subject to $40.00(G), absolute minimum is no less than half of the listed minimum.
- We reserve the right to ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

Shipping:

- All shipments are FOB Mississauga, Ontario.
- We are NOT responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier or Customs after shipments leave our plant.
- If preferred method and carrier are not specified, we will ship best way to meet your deadline.
- Shipments going to the USA are subject to duties and brokerage fees.
- Drop shipments are free of charge.
- Split shipments are free of charge with minimum quantity to each location.
- We are NOT responsible for any delays after shipments leave our plant.

 Production time:

- Normal production time is 5 business days from approval and payment information.
- Next business day SUPER RUSH production is available at NO charge. Please indicate rush on your P.O.
- Production time starts from the time an approved order confirmation is received by us including art & payment info. 

 Orders:

- All orders must be in writing and typed on distributor's letterhead.
 -Orders must include products info, shipping address and method, date required and any other applicable information.
- Faxed or emailed orders will be accepted, No verbal orders.

 Proof:

- Paper proof is free of charge and will be sent by email in PDF format.
- For Actual Sample proof add $30 (G) plus shipping plus product cost.

 Changes & Cancellations:

- Any changes or modification to an order must be in writing.
- Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge if done before approval.
- Cancellations made after paper proof approval will incur a $30 fee.
- Changes and cancellations made after production starts will be invoiced accordingly.

Samples:

- Upto $20 of random product samples are Free of charge after which will be priced at EQP.
- Shipping is not included. Please provide your courier account number for shipping.
- No returns / refunds on any samples. 

Claims:

 - Products should be inspected immediately upon reception.
- Goods damaged or lost after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the carrier.
- Any claim must be received within 15 days of the date of the invoice.
- A request for return for credit or refund must be in writing stating the specific reason for the return.
- All returns must be approved in writing by Simplex and will be given a return authorization number.
- Sending back, refusing, or abandoning a shipment without an approval number does not constitute approval.
- When approved, returned products must be in the same condition as when they left the factory.
- Upon approval and retirn of products, credit will apply only for quantity retured.  

Other:

- The color of the products shown may vary from the actual product color due to viewing method characteristics.
- Logos and names are used for illustration only. It is not our intention to misrepresent or to promote.

ARTWORK:

- All art must be in PC format only.
- Purchase order number require in Subject line when eamiling artwork.
- Files must be in black only. NO colour or grayscale.
- Files must be in VECTOR format.
- Files must be converted to curves to ensure correct fonts.
- Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, etc., will be NOT be accepted
- NO BMP, DOC, GIF, JPG, PSD, TIF or any other form of raster image files
- Illustrator EPS or CorelDraw CDR files containing placed raster images are NOT acceptable
- Electronic files - EPS, AI (version 10 or lower), CorelDraw.
- Please include a laser-printed hard copy of your artwork and instructions.
